For enrollment in AI skills courses and related services, refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed. Refund requests must be submitted through our contact form. Upon approval, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.

Post this period, no refunds will be granted as access to course materials is immediate and digital consumption is irreversible.

There is the option to transfer course enrollment to another individual by contacting our support team via the contact form. Transfers are subject to approval and must be requested before course completion.

Information Products

For digital informational products, refunds are not available due to the nature of instant access and distribution. If you encounter technical issues or are dissatisfied with the product, please contact us through the contact form for assistance.

Tangible Products

In the case of any physical goods offered, users have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a refund or replacement. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.
